Thank you for shopping with Frost Culture. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • The request is submitted within 10 days of delivery

To start a return, please contact us at sales@frostculture.com with your order number and item details.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

If you are unsure about eligibility, contact us before requesting a return.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 3–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items if the product is available in stock.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

To request an exchange, email us with your order details at sales@frostculture.com.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will replace the item or offer a refund at no additional cost.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Frost Culture is not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once processed and dispatched, the order is no longer cancellable.
